Frequently Asked Questions

Getting started

Short-term rental owners on Airbnb, Vrbo and similar platforms who want reliable help with guests, cleaners and turnovers, whether you have one property or several, live nearby or out of state.

We're hosts too. We operate our own short-term rentals in the Seattle area and built our team to run them. Now we offer the same service to other hosts.

Contact us through the form or email us. We'll learn about your property, recommend a plan and send a simple service agreement. Once it's signed, we set up access and start supporting your guests.

Remote Host Support usually starts within a few days. Local services and New Property Launch depend on your property and schedule; we'll confirm a timeline with you.

No. We work through each platform's co-host or team access, which you control and can remove at any time.
